Jackson Creek Filing #5 Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado corporation managed by Balanced Bookkeeping and Community Association Management. The monthly dues are $35.00 per home. Dues are due on the first of each month and are considered late after the 15th, with a $15 late fee applied. Our fiscal year runs from January through December.
