Architectural Review Committee

When you’re ready, please send your completed application, drawings, and any other project details to Michael Kaye. You can reach him by phone at 650-996-1938 or drop off your forms at 15786 James Gate Place.

The ARC usually takes 10-14 days to review applications, but they have up to 30 days to make a decision. To avoid any delays, please be sure to submit your application with plenty of time. The Board reserves the right to modify the project after completion based on visual impact.
