If it’s your first time visiting, just click the “Register” button and fill out the required info. Once Balanced Bookkeeping & CAM reviews and approves your registration, you’ll get an email with a link to set your password. After that, you can log in using your email and password to make payments and view community details.
There’s a 3.3% convenience fee for credit or debit card payments, but e-check payments are free! You can also set up automatic recurring payments for even more convenience. Just log in, click the “Pay Assessments” link, and choose either “New Recurring E-check” or “New Recurring Credit Card” to get started.
