Jackson Creek Filing #5 Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation, managed by Balanced Bookkeeping and Community Association Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $34.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Dues are payable on the first of the month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, where a $15.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board meetings are normally held 3-4 times per year with one annual meeting the first Saturday in December.
